Mix the following ingredients:
1/2 cup margarine
1/4 cup icing sugar
1 cup flour
1. Mix and press into pizza pan.
2. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes and then cool for a few minutes.
Sauce:
Mix the following ingredients:
2 tbsp. and 2 tsp. white sugar
4 oz. cream cheese (1/2 package)
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Fruit Topping:
Slice fresh fruit, open tins, drain pineapple juice into measuring cups.
Banana
Apple
Strawberry
Blueberry
Peaches
Mandarins
Kiwi
Pineapple
Glaze:
Mix the following in a small pot and bring to a light boil:
1/2 cup pineapple (or orange) juice
1 tbsp. lemon juice
When it starts boiling, add:
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1. Make this just before the pizza is ready.
2. Cook on stove top until thick (but so that it still pours - about minute)
3. Chill
Assembly:
Remove crust from the freezer. Spread sauce evenly on crust. Arrange fruit neatly on top. Glaze. Be sure all fruit is covered with glaze. Serve.

It is a good idea to mix the cornstarch with a little juice in a container before adding it to the pot to avoid lumps.
Use fresh fruit that is in season.
If you don't cover all the fruit with the glaze - it will turn brown.
